    An excellent kettle. Look good, has a clear fill display and best of all is the keep warm function. Keeps water hot enough for tea/coffee etc for hours

    When my Russell Hobbs finally got taken by limescale I read a lot of reviews about kettles. Most of the issues surrounded leaking water through the windows, noisy kettles, and kettles that didn't stop boiling.
    All I can say is the Prestige is a sturdy make. It is a little loud when boiling but not anymore than my old kettle. It does stop boiling when it gets hot enough but you do sometimes wonder if it will stop when the water is already boiling. I don't use the keep warm function but I really don't use teapots anyway. I can see how that could be useful.
    My only gripe is the spout is a bit narrow and I have trouble filling in the water without hitting one of the plastic bits or the sides and getting some water everywhere.

    Fab price, fab kettle (though, as with all metal kettles you have to take care not to touch the chrome when hot!) Boils quickly, not too noisy, easy to fill etc etc
