    Well product is extremly good and hardwareing, BUT the picture on the box don't be decived!!! Im sure it is ment to be a 20lb turkey!!! I have got a 5kg Goose and to be honist in frozen state it only just fits.

    Its gonna be a right bugger to drain hot fat from the tin as there are no handles to the rack Im sure I'll manage but in this day and age you would have thought it would be a useful design issue to include.

    But all in all very very good product for the price.

    I find this a very useful size but then I'm only cooking for 2-4. Size wise it's medium which to be honest my oven wouldn't take a much larger size. I really like the qualitity - it's sturdy and I was sick of buying the supermarket inferior quality ones - I suspect this will last a lifetime so is a great investment. I also use mine for roasting winter veg and this is where the non-stick really comes into it's own. I have had mine for 6 months now, used many times and it still looks like new, because it doesn't need any scourers as nothing sticks - love mine after spending a fortune on inferior quality ones.
