The griddle has a hard durable phonelic handle moulded into ergonomic shape to give a safe, comfortable grip, and is a very good insulator so will not get hot. The thick aluminium core in base is an excellent conductor of heat making sure of fast and even cooking performance. The griddle is ideal for cooking delicious drop scones, pancakes or crepes.
