This book is considered by many as the most achieved "bible" in the field of the economic evaluation of health care technologies and correctly so! The book is written in a simple and straightforward way explaining everything that a non-economist may require in order to enter this field.
This is the third edition of the same text which has been improved and expanded over time, having become the best text in the area.
This book provides the reader with everything, basic concepts, advanced concepts, references. After reading this one reading other books ion the same field will only serve to polish specific areas because the main issues have all been addressed here.

Clearly written, plenty of examples. A reference book for the one's looking forward doing PSA.In case you are interested in PSA this book provides you with all the basics to understand it. I would then suggest to participate in a workshop organized by the authors. The next coming up event will be ain Hong Kong middle 2012.
