Dab a small amount (pea size) of Metanium Nappy Rash Ointment onto the sore area. Spread the ointment thinly so the skin texture can be clearly seen through it (repeat at each nappy change).

My little boy has always suffered from severe nappy rash starting in hospital because he was on antibiotics. This would happen intermittently and alot of the time his bum was fine, however when his nappy rash flared up nothing worked. His bum would bleed so badly that sometimes it was sore for him to sit down and he would go blue and scream.
Anyway I used this cream and within 12 hours his bum was healed. I now use it just at night to stop it reacurring and we have been nappy rash free for several months.

My daughter had nappy rash/sores when she was teething and sometimes when she was ill. We would use this cream instead of her normal cream at those times and any redness would be gone by the next nappy change.

Could not have lived without this cream when my children had sore bottoms. It works a treat and very quickly relieves the pain. No crying, yippee!! Its been a long time since I used this but I find that even today if they have a slightly sore bottom from heat, it works just as good. Go and buy some you won't regret it. Be careful though it can stain clothing.

Excellent product, get it cheaper in Tesco
All mums know how great Metanium is. I had to buy it through Amazon as my local Boots or Tesco did not sell it. Have since found that Tesco sells it for 2 pounds.
