Dutch producer/DJ Phynn, in real life known as Finne Jager, was born on the 6th of December 1984 in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. His passion for music already started at a young age, as he learned to play several instruments back in his early years; an experience he still profits from in his current productions.

Young Dutch producer Phynn, in real life known as Finne Jager, is no exception to that rule. Phynn shows the evolution of his productions over the years during a twelve track epic journey on Metamorphosis. Featuring the uplifting euphoria of "Lucid", the electro influences on the opening track "Sunset City" and "C U Smile", the Balearic "Musa Bella", the addictive vocal trance of "Try Again" featuring vocalist Tiff Lacey, or the atmospheric down-tempo track "No More Mistakes", Metamorphosis is an album of outstanding quality and great diversity, sure to be hailed by global music lovers as essential.

Fantastic Music!!! 26 Nov. 2011
By Will Murley - Published on Amazon.com

I had been searching for good electronica music for quite some time and I had thought my search was a failure. Until...that fateful day where I stumbled upon the trance song "Spacewalk" on playlist.com by accident. The song was incredible! Granted that song is not on this mp3 album but it led to me researching phynn on amazon and listening to some of his songs. I liked what I heard so I bought this album. What a great buy!!!

About the album, not only does this album come through with quantity (28 songs averaging about 6-7 minutes for only 9 bucks!) but it comes through with quality as well. The beats are all rock solid and the melodies divine. A lot of music from the trance genre seems pretentious but this music is totally legitimate. The sound effects are great and the melodies differentiate from each other; but you can hear the same artist behind them. I workout at LA Fitness--though I can't really show for it--and this music is great work out music. It's great driving music. Heck, it's great everything music. Maybe not at olive garden, but you get my point.

All of the songs make you bob your head and pound your feet. And also, as a fan of Jazz and Progressive Rock, I like it when music is mixed up a little. And phynn does a fantastic job at this. Every now and then a song will slow down and you'll hear an acoustic guitar quietly strumming in the background. Or in the song Tempest, the entire percussive section breaks out for a one minute orchestral intro into the most epic and hardcore trance song you've ever heard.

As a young enterprising music producer and engineer, this album has had a very big influence on me. One should be able to hear it whenever my rookie album, Indus Chain, comes out on Amazon mp3 several months from now.

Great music, if you're into Trance you should certainly buy this album!!!
Phynn for the Win! 15 Feb. 2009

This debut album from Phynn is fantastic. Every track is unique with a catchy beat here and there. The album is well balanced with both vocal and non vocal trance tracks. This album was a job well done. My only disappointment was that phynn included only one of his old tracks in the album, track 13 "lucid," when there was clearly space available on the cd for more music.
Great bargain! 26 Mar. 2014

Great album and great bargain at $9 for 29 tracks. I'd heard him on Pandora and there were so many songs I liked I went ahead and found him on here. I wish the bitrate was higher but can't complain.
