I like this album a lot. I already had the first six tracks ('Home Is Where The Hatred Is' is the live version from the 'It's Your World' album) and it has to be said that they're among Gil's best, but what makes this CD special for me are the hard to find studio versions of classics such as 'We Almost Lost Detroit' 'Angel Dust' and 'Shut Em Down' and several more. All the last nine tracks are from albums that do not seem to be available at present, and this makes it all the more valuable. 'Delta Man (Where I'm Coming From)' is absolutely haunting and is presented in great sound quality, though it's possible that this one may not be to everyone's taste, due to the fact that Gil's breathing can be heard very clearly, and I have to say it does make him sound rather desperate. That said, I really do like this song. If you want some of Gil's rarities, get this CD, you won't regret it. Finally, I have to point out that there's no rap on this album at all.
