If you need a good cry, this is the film to pick. Lyndsay Wagner is superb as Holly, and Shelley Long provides excellent support as the friend and would be mother. If you like Beaches and Steel Magnolias, you can't do much better than this film.

if you want a good cry then watch this film, it really shows how different people cope with the illness. i never cry at films but this one pulled at the heart because it is based on a true story about holly (a single mum) dying of cancer with one worry, who will care for her daughter when she has gone. buy it and watch it!
