Tony Storey has once again written a fantastic publication about the one and only Queen Mary 2 - the proud flagship and succesor to QE2 sailing on transatlantic crossings, cruise service and of the course the time honoured world cruise and extended winter voyages.
Having sailed on this marvel of maritme engineering this brings the memories streaming back of what is more than just your average cruise.
The book features many hundreds of fantastic colour images and interviews with her master designate, Commodore Warwick, her current master Commodore Warner and of course her new hotel manager John Duffy who many who purchased 'QE2 - Farewell Queen of the Seas' will remember as being aboard QE2 until its retirement last year.
This will make an exceptional gift this Christmas for any Queen Mary 2 fans or those who have been lucky enough to sail on her.
