More About the Author

I've been writing little things for myself and for my friends for ages, but it wasn't since 2006 that I started writing consistently.

Three of my screenplays have placed and even earned some prizes at various competitions. Credence Foundation, born as a screenplay, hence born visually, has been turned into a book. Hoping it sees the light as a Sci-Fi / Action movie one day, I've started expanding my stories in the many branches of Science Fiction.

Feel free to join me in this crazy journey through the mind, the subconscious, technology, and mankind's fears and hopes, of course.

2.0 out of 5 stars Starts off depressing, then ... ? 28 Jan 2014
By Planetary Defense Commander - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The Planetary Defense Command blog gives this a two out of four rating.

The first half of the character's story is sad, and most readers will probably have an emotional response to it. If the story had just ended in the middle, I might have rated it 3 or 4 stars. In the second half, the author tries to lighten things up and give it a happy ending, but the plot shift that makes this possible is weird and unexplained.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nifty little story 15 Jan 2014

This is a cute little Christmas story. I enjoyed reading it and the tone of the story was delightfully subtle. It has the look and feel of a Twilight Zone episode.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sometimes the best gifts can come from an unexpected thought and plan. 14 Nov 2013
By Daniel Allen - Published on Amazon.com

Mr. Babbler's life is in the far future, but his best gift to himself is going to be one, that will be his best present ever. Every greeting of Merry Christmas sounds like it is the expected thing to do, instead of one offered with sincere wishes. His life is going to suffer a huge loss right at the holidays, but something wonderful unexpected happens that changes all of that downturn. I found this to be the simple Christmas story with the first Sci-Fi story offered on kindle. I didn't have my kindle last year, so I downloaded this story this year to see what the story was all about. I enjoyed the tale, and the writing wasn't troublesome to add a bonus to the acquistion. (A Christmas thought and wish- The best gifts to give are the ones people want and not the ones you think they should have instead. Merry Christmas!)

4.0 out of 5 stars A Christmas sci-fi 9 Feb 2013
By megHan - Published on Amazon.com

This was a cute short story - Christmas, sci-fi - how can you pass that up? It's basically the story of a love between two people who have been married for a long time - and what happens when that love is "lost" - and then "found" again. That's all I can say, really, without giving away the story, which is something I definitely don't want to do. I am really not a fan of romance, but this was just so cute I have to share it with others.

4.0 out of 5 stars intriguing 4 Jan 2013

Even though this was short, I was able to get invested in the main character, and was interested enough to look for the book that this was based upon.
