A useful set of smaller roasting trays - ideal for those cooking for one. If you've never used Mermaid cookware then you really should - it doesn't get much better. Treat it with a reasonable amount of respect (it really doesn't scratch) and I suspect it lasts a lifetime - I'll let you know! I have Mermaid items that have been used regularly for 20 yrs and still going strong! The set I bought were reasonably priced, delivered promptly and well packed. What more can a girl want?

I have a set of these and they are excellent quality. They are really solid trays which do not flex when heating up/cooling down. I find them a really useful size as well, quite often you do not need a huge oven tray - these are easy to manage and clean (I scrub mine with wire wool and it doesn't mark the surface in any way).

Mermaid baking/roasting tins are really superb, we have several now. They have a great, solid-feeling quality. They do not warp in the oven, and they are really easy to clean. Whether I have gently cooked something or cremated it beyond recognition, a simple soak and then clean with a sponge or nylon scourer (which does not mark them at all) brings them back like new. I did accidentally put one in the dishwasher once, and thought I had ruined it, the surface looked terrible. But a few good oilings before the next few uses brought it back, and now you would never know. Hand washing only!
Well worth the money, should last for years and years. Our oldest roasting tin is about 7 years old now, and despite at least twice weekly use, still looks almost brand new.
The tins in this set are smaller, approx. 17cm x 27cm, the flat one being a little bit longer than that due to the handles.

Stuck for words?!!
Hoped for non stick baking tins but everything sticks including the first time of use! Very disappointed!
