Love Love Love this Book 22 Mar. 2013

Now I am a big nerd and always love reading any movie/tv show novelizations that I can find. I just like reading a little more backstory and discovering any in depth knowledge or feelings that the characters of my favorite movies or shows may feel. It adds more weight to the movie experience for me. This one was a great novelization of the Lancelot and Guinevere episode in season 2. The book is from Arthur's perspective and you're able to feel his emotions a bit more than you might have seen in the episode. I really enjoyed it. My only complaint is, since it is from Arthur's perspective, you don't see a lot of Merlin in there. (I just adore Merlin.) And when you do see Merlin, it's almost like he's been, and pardon the expression, "dumbed down" a bit. The Merlin character in this book is made to be a little dim, which I did not like. However, great book to read if you want to see the Lancelot and Guinivere from Arthur's perspective!
