Almond butter is probably my top can't-live-without food item. Always get the no added salt... so much more versatile and makes smoothies super creamy - you don't lose the flavour by blending it up. With this you can also add salt yourself if needed, for more savoury options - it makes a great dip for cucumber/celery/carrots - try it with frozen banana and cocoa powder too! I get the meridian stuff when I'm feeling flush, otherwise I get the 1kg tubs from places like my protein or theproteinworks (they don't just sell protein powder!), but this stuff is by far the most delicious! :) The cashew butter is also heavenly!
