I bought several of these for beach days, boat trips etc where I didn't want to take my easily damaged 'proper' camera and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. The flash is a nice added bonus.
The plus side is that although film and analogue cameras are less used today, there are a wide range of places that will develop these at acceptable prices, eg chemists such as boots, or high street photography shops.

bought for son's school trip so he didn't lose or break (or drop in lake) his digi camera. Photos developed at tesco and came out fine. Bought this one as couldn't find one on high street or supermarket. Quick delivery and good product.
Everyone uses digital nowadays, so the photos never get printed off.
I bought this to keep around the house to take photos of friends/events throughout the year, (taking one or two photos at a time so that I then had an excuse to develop them and have real photos in my hands not on a screen.
I don't know how the photos have turned out yet, but the flash doesn't seem to be working after the first time I used it - hopefully this doesn't ruin all of the photos.
