This collection features a selection of Bobbie Hanvey's portraits of personalities who have shaped, or simply lived in, Northern Ireland since 1970.

About the Author

Bobbie Hanvey, a native of County Fermanagh, lives in Downpatrick, County Down. He has won many awards as a press photographer, and his work has been exhibited widely throughout Ireland, Britain and north America.

Brian Turner, born in Cork in 1946, is a former Director of Down County Museum. He has written and lectured extensively on local history and culture and is a member of the International Committee for Regional Museums.
