For all prospective buyers who haven't read Broken Angels - get this now as it's an excellent read from start to finish, Montanari is a brilliant writer.

Don't fall for the 'buy both' thing, Merciless is the same book as Broken Angels. How can they advertise to buy both???

Excellent, fast paced thriller. I have read all of Richard Montanari's last three novels and this one does not disappoint. Had to write this quick review to redress the balance because the last reviewer put only 1 star but he meant he was disappointed that Amazon didn't make it clear this is the American version of Broken Angels and his gripe was with them rather than Richard Montanari. Whichever one you read you'll be eager to devour the next Richard Montanari book-couldn't put it down.
