Product Description

Product Description

The difference between a mediocre and a good golf player is consistency in drives and puts. How to achieve consistency has much to do with mental attitude, and what that means and how to deal with it are explained in this step by step guide.'

From the Back Cover

Jack Nicklaus said that golf is 90 percent mental. You've heard that often, but you don't know what it means and you don't know what to do about it. Dr. Bee Epstein-Shepherd gives you step-by-step instructions on how to control your thoughts for breakthrough performance. The Four Keys is a simple system that works for everyone, from beginners to professionals. The Four Keys will give you a more reliable game, lower your handicap and raise your confidence. If you want to be a consistent winner, your mind matters more than the size of your body, the power of your swing, your club, or your balls. Do you hit better shots in practice than on the golf course? Miss the shortest putts? Or choke when it counts? Dr. Bee explains how you often inadvertently hypnotize yourself to play way below your potential. Now you can learn to hypnotize yourself to play "out of your mind" and in the "zone on command."

Lowest score ever posted. 27 Nov 1999
By Walter Farmer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I usually post 92-96, after reading this book I played 36 holes and posted an 88 then a whopping 78. This is my lowest score ever. Worth reading again and again.

A must read. 4 May 2000
By Jens Stark - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
There are golf books and golf books. Most of them are rather technical - this one is about your mind. The fun thing is that it works. This plus Gallwey's "Inner Game of Golf" WILL improve your game. They sure improved mine - and both books are starting to wear out from heavy use.

Good book, bad editor... 9 Feb 2000
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
A very good book for golfing as well as for beginning self-hypnosis. Fairly concise. There's a bit of a pattern with the author's endless stories, but she does like to drive home a point.

There are some rather obvious spelling and grammar mistakes, which really should have been caught by an editor, assuming one was used...
