Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This 129 paged book offers some limited insight into the judgments of 2013 and the world of the Court of Protection and mental health law, sadly not sufficient for my requirements. Nevertheless, a good basic book to get you started. Not a gold find for any legal or health/social work practitioner, but handy for students or something to pass the time. The book is let down by 1/3 listing various twitter accounts and commentaries, not all from legal or qualified professionals. Not as adventurous as visiting the MHLO website, so a little disappointing; will not be purchasing the 2014 edition.
