5.0 out of 5 stars Practical and very useful resource 18 Mar 2006
This book is a very good resource. It will appeal to those who are working in partnership with people with enduring MH problems. The handouts are well received by clients. Sections were often photocopied by all in the team to give to clients as a basis for ongoing work when I worked as a manager in support services.

5.0 out of 5 stars Target orientated and user friendly 2 Sep 2009

Since I have known this book accidentally during the introduction course of Master of Counselling. The book divided into different aspects, e.g. management of stress, management of depression. It was problem solving and can apply easily to everyone. I really recommend it for the students who study Counselling. I really like it!
