I bought these shorts for when i go to the gym and when i go running. They are really comfortable and stop your legs rubbing as well as keeping your upper leg warm and reducing the risk of pulling a muscle. I never exercise without them and the price is very reasonable.

Having worn compression shorts for sometime (Nike Pro, Bike and Sub) UA are by far the best. I have used them for gym work and Skiing. Excellent compression whilst not being to restrictive. They retain there shape & compression qualities after many washes, a great product.
