All so true, depending on the time you have to commit this book will talk you through it stage by stage.

It shows exercises for each muscle group and how to perform it by using a gym, free weights or little/no equipment.

This is a book for the beginner as well as the more accomplished out there.

Very highly recommended, technically you would need no other book.
