Honest Advice 10 April 2005

This is book is well worth your money. Its simple to understand and easy to relate to. Owen has been modelling for 15 years on Men's Health magazine and reading this book, you can understand why he has been modelling for so long. As long as you can commit to his exercises, you will have no problem in developing a solid, strong and more importantly healthy body. I have been doing his exercises for one month and i have already noticed changes to body. So if you want that great body to impress the ladies then buy this book and do his exercises!

Owen has an honest and comfortable style which quickly draws you in. As a born cynic, I tend to have a very sceptical view of this sort of book, however, the practice has proven me wrong.

If you can be honest with yourself, and develop the baseline exercise habits Owen describes, you really do see results! I have found the most interesting element of this is that having seen real progress, I am motivated to do more, even to the extent of actually really enjoying the whole exercise process.

I would wholeheartedly reccomend this book - buy it - follow it and see positive results.

Great book, easy to understand. Basically its based on Michael Owns training program.

If you already buy the magazine, the work out were in there. It was a nice read of his experience
