Owen has an honest and comfortable style which quickly draws you in. As a born cynic, I tend to have a very sceptical view of this sort of book, however, the practice has proven me wrong.
If you can be honest with yourself, and develop the baseline exercise habits Owen describes, you really do see results! I have found the most interesting element of this is that having seen real progress, I am motivated to do more, even to the extent of actually really enjoying the whole exercise process.
I would wholeheartedly reccomend this book - buy it - follow it and see positive results.
