This book is fantastic to add variety to your old workouts. I use it as a training aid for potential gym instructors as well as for my own use - and its not just for men!

I know of several instructors who have ordered this book based on my interest in it. I like to stability ball exercises in particular.

One word FABULOUS!

Bought this for my 15 yr old son and he thinks it is brilliant. Easy to follow, clear instructions and excellent photos. Sections for each part of the body and tips on good eating habits. It's just what he wanted.
