3.0 out of 5 stars not bad, 26 Jun 2009
By itchybeard (Lancashire) - See all my reviews
This is a basic fitnes book but has everything needed for fitness/muscle training and building. It has easy to use photos and chapters. It does not go into detail of body part and technique though this can be useful as certain muscle building book over do it on the info!
This will still defo help individuals to gain mass, it includes diet, routines, body part routines, CV, Do's and don't.
It is for beginners to semi-regulars, i am regular but is good enough with what i need. yeah good with good tips and methods.

4.0 out of 5 stars 4-star review, 2 May 2009
By Jerry T. L. Lee - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
A good comprehensive book for body building. Very good pictures of a lithesome guy showing the moves rather than that of an overly developed Arnie-type.

Would like a little more explanations for the posturing or where it might go wrong. It is quite easy to be fooled by the deceptively simple postures of the model.
