Firstly my review could be construed as being slightly biased as I know the author but in all honesty "Men of the Battle of Britain" constitutes an enormous achievement on behalf of Mr Wynn. This tome (and it's a hefty sized volume) includes biographical and service details of all the aircrew who saw operational duty during the Battle of Britain and in the vast majority of cases, photographs of these individuals. It is an unbelievable wealth of information and essential for all serious Battle of Britain enthusiasts and historians. It will be a highly treasured book for all those with more than a passing interest in The Few.

Reading Mr Wynns magnificent book makes me realise the sheer dedication that has gone into researching this subject. If you want to know about the brave young men who saved this country in 1940, then I suggest there is no finer source book in existance. Leafing through the pages makes me feel humble, sad, and bursting with pride for what they did for all of us.

The condition of this second hand book, bought as a gift for my son-in-law, was easily as good as described. I had been searching for this fairly rare book for several months and was delighted to buy it at such a fair price. It arrived quickly in good packaging. Would definitely recommend this seller.
