Excellant service, could not buy this product anyware in retail, no longer stocked in the popular stores, Currys etc, response was swift and efficient, product was perfect in every way.

I assumed that Memorex, being a top name, (at least from the past), would be a safe bet for high speed copying to DVD-RAM from my Panasonic DMR-EX85EB. Nothing could be further from the truth. Endless dropped bytes (requiring complete re-runs) and even discs snapping in my hands. You've been warned - avoid at all costs.
Couldn't find these anywhere in shopland so found these thro amazon marketplace. They were exactly the same as i'd bought with the DVD recorder some years ago. They were delivered very quickly, and the packaging was intact. All in all what every buying experience should be: Good price, quick delivery and no hassle.
