4.0 out of 5 stars good stacker but sticky 2 Sep 2006
well made and colourfully painted wood peices.

handy sized peices for small hands, yet feel sturdy enough for rough handling.however, beware for the one i ordered the paint had transferred from one peice to another, flecks of blue on yellow, red on green.otherwise this would have been a five star rating.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good design but poor quality 8 Sep 2011
By Funplay
Durability: 3.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 4.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
I bought this toy for my toddler son. But so disappointed because all wooden blocks were stacked together by paint. I had to separate them by kitchen knife and it was so hard and dangerous. The paint is very roughly coated. One of the peg was very loose and had to be glued. The design is good to have so many shapes and colours in one but the uneven square block seems too difficult for toddlers to do. My son had no clue on how to pile them, get frustrated and through them on the floor. It is ok for older children but older children may not be interested in this type of toy.

5.0 out of 5 stars 3 stackers for one! 7 May 2011
Durability: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This is ood value for money as there are three stackers in one. Made out of solid wood this is very strong and durable and will last years. The toy has an extra hard stacker where the child has to have the pieces the right way up and connect them together (see product picture) so this toy will be suitable for your child for slightly longer than other stackers that don't have this extra challenging aspect.Every toddler/pre-schooler should have this type of toy to aid their stimulation and development.

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT and Tower of Hanoi too ! 26 Jun 2010
Durability: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I have been learning about Autism and theory of Mind and THIS toy is TERRIFIC to facilitate the Tower of Hanoi Puzzle on young children. One set of rings are put on the right pole and the child asked to move them all, with as few moves as possible to the left pole, to be in the same order, no large ring above a smaller ring. For more on that read "The Autism Spectrum in the 21st Century" from the GREAT OU & Jessica Kingsley Publishers !
I hope the paint does not rub off on other rings - but hey! if it does I shall just have to paint them again !

5.0 out of 5 stars Delighted 29 May 2013

What a great product. Very well made. I'm a childminder and need toys that will withstand rough play. The children love taking this apart and putting it all back together again. My grandson that is autistic also loves this because of all the different colours.
