With durable cardboard baking cups, decorative wooden candles and “flames”, here are the low-calorie cupcakes for the best birthday or tea party ever!
Product Description
Traditionally made from wood, it is very high quality and suitable from 3 years upwards. What you actually get is a large box measuring about 33cm by 26cm, is a little baking tray containing four individual cupcakes with different coloured removable 'icing' covers, plus two extra 'icing' covers; a total of eight paper cake cups; four different coloured wooden candles, velcroed on the bottom so they stick to the top of the cakes; and three tubes of different coloured 'icing' - which is not in fact icing, but a non-permanent coloured pen, so you can go wild with decorating these cakes and then just use a paper towel to wipe the colour off afterwards! The set also comes with an oven mitt, so you can pretend to bake the cakes.

I bought this as a gift for my 4 year old niece. She's a great make believe girl and this went down really well. Its quite robust, easy for little fingers to handle. The decorating pens added an extra element to this toy making it even more fun! I can highly recommend this.

bought this for my almost 3yr old daughter. she plays with it daily and loves decorating and pretending to bake. however I have now discovered that the pens get on clothes and do not wash out. I have even put bleach on one top and the pens still dont wash out. so now she has to play with these under supervision and in old clothes or with an apron on which really detracts from the toy in my view. what a pity M&D couldnt make the pens washable like crayola do.
