This is the second exercise DVD I have bought since the new year - the other one being Davina's. My aim is to get fit and slim as quick as I can. I am really impressed with this DVD, but be warned it is not for the totally unfit person as the intensity is very high (although she says do as much as you are able). I like a challenge and this DVD is certainly challenging. I like the fact that this is a proper exercise routine, not a dancey aerobicy one - I like straight forward repetive exercises best. I have to say Mel B is brilliant in it, she looks every bit the professional exercise teacher - she leads the routine unlike most celeb DVDs where they follow. She looks amazing in the DVD and it is such a motivator to watch someone who obviously practices what she preaches. The setting for the DVD looks amazing - It looks to be a place like California overlooking the blue sea and next to the swimming pool. It takes the imagination to a different place rather than the dull dreary weather at home. On this DVD there is also an extra section where she discusses diet and nutrition. She is in a kitchen showing us exactly what she eats and even shows you how to prepare the food. I'm really excited about this DVD and it will be a great addition to my exercise routine - along with Davina's workout - which is great too, but different. I will be using both of these DVD's and I expect to see results pretty fast if I do them combined 3-4 times a weeks as recommended.
