The service was first class, very fast delivery time. the toy itself has a very short flight time, as yet we have been unable to get this to take to the sky. my son enjoys skiming over the ground and on water, but would love for this to take off. When he has tried it just falls straight to the floor and has sustained damage from doing so. Overall i was dissapointed with this buy.
