Jolly pleased with this. Bought it from a local store at £30, did not know this was on Amazon at a cheaper price. Fed up with a neighbour's pet cats using my front garden to poo vast amounts. Cost me a fortune in short term remedies and repeated trips to the tip with large amounts of minging contaminated top soil. Also, my 26 month old grandson has walked by the mega sonic repeller with it switched on and shown no sign of awareness or distress (perhaps those claiming health hazards for their children should try buying a litter tray for their cats - might teach their kids citizenship as well as saving their neighbours money). There is, however, a distinct and welcome lack of cats on my garden, hurray.

This product does exactly what it says on the box !!
My decking area has lots and lots of large tubs that were used by several local cats as their own personal toilet area - disgusting!!
The day I installed this product is the day the cats gave up on my decking - brilliant.
Whatever the high pitched sound is that comes from this product, the cats DO NOT like it.
The product can be heavy on batteries if you forget to turn it off when you are in the garden - as it detects any movement.
However, I found that after several weeks, I could switch it off and the cats still don't come round - they've learnt where not to go !!!

Mega-Sonic Cat, Dog & Fox Repeller [Latest Model]- Motion activated sensorThe signal is clearly audible and antagonised the neighbours but not the local cats. Requests to the company to return product have been ignored - I assume this is because it is outside their seven day returns window so apparantly there is no guarantee with the product.

Avoid

Useless
The sensor only activates when your hand is an inch in front of it (you can tell because it clicks). When it activated I got a thin whine, clearly audible. Read more
