About the Author
Helen Nicoll has worked with Jan Pienkowski for over forty years, first at the BBC and then on the Meg and Mog stories. She owned and ran the audio company Cover to Cover for many years. Helen lives in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Jan Pienkowski is a celebrated illustrator of children's books. He has won the Greenaway Medal twice - for his illustration of Joan Aiken's The Kingdom Under the Sea and for Haunted House. Jan lives in London.

very good book to use in a classroom to learn some vocabulary about halloween (for a French class learning English)

We originally got this book from the library. My 23 month old daughter loved it so much that I decided to buy her her own copy. The illustrations are wonderfully bright & the text so simple that she has even memorised some of them & 'reads' along with me.

My 2 year old daughter loves Meg, Mog and Owl. She will sit down and read them on her own as she knows the story and loves the boom page at the end. Is a real hit. Read more

i hate to admit it, but i remember this from the 70's!!! but it's as good to my baby as i remember it being to me way back then. got to buy this one..
