For the discounted price the chair's good value. However, I'm not sure about the original £ price tag - I think if I paid full whack I'd be pretty cheesed off. The 'leatherette' finish is ok, but not particularly high quality.
The delivery was faster than I thought it would be, the assembly instructions were just about legible and does have an allen-key included. I've kept mine in the back rest just inside the zipped area.
The chair is pretty comfortable, though, with a wide seat and back - well-positioned arm rests and smooth-rolling castors. The seat seems to mould itself to your 'shape' and leaves a nice Homer Simpson-like indentation.
