Recipes not bad but why oh why are the values printed along the bottom of the page requiring a magnifying glass to read. ALso bought Ainsley Harriot low fat cook book and have already made 8 or 9 recipes. Ainsley's are clear and concise and the values clearly put in a box alongside making it easy to read at a quick glance.
