The meditations presented on this CD are all about improving how we relate to others. They're very ancient but have been carefully crafted here so that they're accessible to beginners. There's no floaty music or imagined walks down sun dappled forest paths though, these meditations guide us to see kindness in others and to wish for them to be happy and free from suffering. With the second and third meditations this is done in conjunction with a visualisation in order to really move our mind. I've reviewed the other CD's in this series too and what I've noticed is the common quality is that although they're designed for beginners, as someone who's been meditating for a number of years I really find the guidance and the careful presentation very very helpful. Recommended.
