This book was very information on meditation but for me it offered so much more as it gave a glimpse into the spiritual as well and the power of meditation and positive thought. Definitely a good tool for beginners and a book that I could reread many times with the same enthusiasm.

There is an interesting chapter about symbol meditations using Jungian archetype symbols for attracting more of what you want in life. Also included is a chapter about overcoming the hurdles to successful meditation.
