I bought this product as I suffer from stiff neck and migraines. I imagined this gently massaging the back of my neck, but it did nothing of the kind. Although it appears horseshoe shaped, it is in fact two struts that revolve under canvas - if you put your neck between the struts and switch it on, they simply crush the sides of your neck and leave the part full of knots (the back of the neck) completely untouched. If you switch on the vibration while your head is in it, it vibrates your whole head, including your face, which isn't particularly pleasant. I tried it three times, then gave up. The only thing it might be okay for is massaging your calf muscles, but unless you're desperate for a calf muscle massage, save your money.
Worth the money as if you'd paid to have a massage it would cost the earth plus you'd have to keep going back.

I like this product, it is especially good for the thighs ,calfs and neck, it takes away those tired stressed muscles.
