I wouldn't say that the steam is evenly distributed, but the strength of it is quite good.

I am a male highly allergic, especially on spring. My main problem is allergic rhinitis. I use the Medisana "Sauna" only with the nose attachment. I max the water tank, wait to boil and then pour only one drop of pure oregano oil North American Herb & Spice Co., Oreganol P73, .45 fl oz (13.5 ml). Then inhale the steam for 5 minutes. This procedure has helped enormously with my allergic rhinitis but as you understand the main factor is the oregano oil. However the Medisana "Sauna" has played its part, as it is much more convenient and effective than the traditional procedure (glass of boiled water and a towel over the head)

When I switched this on it blew two plugs (even though I had bought the correct adaptor). Not recommended you buy. Amazon refunded my money immediately when I complained.

Pointless!
Product arrived promptly and was reasonably packed. I haven't tried this yet, why? Beause it turned up with a European plug and no adapter. Pointless.

ARRIVED PROMPTLY, NOT YET USED, BUT I AM SURE IT WILL DO WHAT IT SUPPOSED TO, ESPECIALLY HELP TO CLEAR MY BLOCKED NASAL PASSAGES
