    I have suffered from hay fever for many years with both seasonal and chronic rhinitis. When I purchased a Medinose hay fever and allergy treatment unit a few years ago it made a huge difference after a few weeks. Since then I have needed very little medication, either tablets or nasal sprays.
    Recently one of the diodes ceased functioning and I needed to obtain a replacement. It was disappointing that the online pharmacy to whom Amazon subcontracted the order took a long time to obtain a set and then it was lost in shipping. They were unable to obtain any more but I was able to get a set direct from Medisana, the manufacturers and received it the next day, though at a higher price than quoted by Amazon.
