I have used it for 12 weeks for the broken capillaries on my cheeks.
According to Medik8 customer service it should reduce the appearance of them, but it did do nothing apart from giving me more redness. Skin looked like inflammed. When I stop using it I only have the thread veins without the underlying redness.

excellent cream is working well to remove the patch of redness on my face that nothing could shift! the only thing which worked for this was bio oil am seing a drastic improvment within 3days so id strongly recommend to anyone wanting to reduce veins/redness i used this for my face and did have some redness once id applied this hwoever i put thaat down to the product being effective as once its dried and soaked in the redness a the tiny broken red veins/cappliery's which gone and the next morning my face is returning to the correct tone minus the redness s this stuff is fading them out and healing like says it would, its the only product which has come close to meeting my expectations and doing what it says it will/should do! I would defo recommend to anyone wanting a ix iam only 23 and have good healing skin so it wont work for everyone i.e really severe cases, which should be getting treated by a specialist. For me Top marks...Cons is very thick so use sparingly and also very pricey however considering thus far its worked who cares hopefully this well others in choosing as there are no reviews out there well some which were hard to find the ones i did find were all postive!

I have used this product for several months now, a bottle lasts a long time as you need very little at each twice daily application. Very soothing and is successful in keeping my sensitive skin hydrated and calm. It is in fact a good price for 150ml compared to other products on the market. Just started using the Red Alert Serum at night which is also excellent.
Minor criticism is the font size of the print on the bottle......why size 6 and 8 fonts are so popluar I just don't know when space is there for a larger font that can be read easily.
With experience my advice for sensitive skin - wear SPF 50 all summer and if ski-ing/abroad. Drop to SPF 30 in winter. Add in a good moisturiser such as 7 Cream from Helios. This was the advice of my wonderful consultant dermatologist Dr Kay Baxter of Foundation Skin in Harrogate who runs a private clinic alongside her NHS work and hands all the profits back to the NHS. My skin has improved dramatically since taking this advice (I used to wear SPF in summer only, nothing in winter) Much cheaper than this product too! Morrisons and Tesco do a good Kids suncream at sensible prices.

I haven't been using this product long enough to say WOW but it's gentle on my skin (no stinging, and seems to be controlling my high colouring that I have due to Rosacea). I used to use a different cream but thought I'd try this one and so far so good. The only small critisism is the pump action bottle, I personally hate them. When I take the cream anywhere it needs 'locking' and I've found it difficult to 'unlock' again. Also, when the product starts to get low it's difficult to pump out so you have no choice but to unscrew the top and get out what's at the bottom, which is usually quite a lot!(Use a thin wooden stick, the ones they give you in coffee shops to stir your drink, grab a few extra clean ones, perfect!)At least if it's a screw top you can turn it upside down to get the cream out.
