Product Description

The Medicarn Leg King Pro Unisex Adult Leg Exerciser

Medicarn Leg King Pro Unisex Adult Leg Exerciser
Introduction to The Medicarn Leg King Pro Unisex Adult Leg Exerciser.

The Medicarn Leg King has been designed especially for a focussed development of the leg muscles. The Leg King's unique gliding motion works with gravity to stimulate the muscles that other exercise movements, such as squats and leg presses, can't touch. Best of all, in comparison to other methods, it takes just a fraction of the time!

In only 60 seconds, several times a day, you will see amazing results on your own body! The Leg King is a piece of exercise equipment that offers a brand new way to work out your abs, inner thighs, outer thighs and buttocks. The Leg King uses a track that works your muscles, glides you in and out and gets to those troubled areas neglected by everyday life.

The Leg King is simple; you just get on it and start exercising with a simple sliding motion. You will never have to worry about getting the weight resistance right as, unlike other types of exercise equipment, the Leg King uses your own body weight for resistance.

The Leg King also increases your heart rate which maximises the calories burnt during your workout. The Leg King is fully adjustable and has soft easy to grip, foam handles. It is easy to assemble and can be unassembled for easy, compact storage.

Like most Medicarn products, it comes with full instructions and exercise guide.

Soft Support grips : Enjoy a Powerful Workout with the comfort of soft hand grips. I was looking for a way to tone my lower body at home and this does just the job! Really impressed with it! I find that it gives me a great workout without taking up too much room. Would certainly recommend.

Medicarn Body slimmer Vibration Massage Plate With support bars & Power Cords

I have wanted one for a while, Amazon was cheapest I could find.
When arrived no instructions but wasnt too hard to put together.
There was a few pictured exercises but if you look online you can find more. I have been using it a week and I can feel a difference though it does give a weird burning & itching feeling on skin but its probably fat being shaken!
Overall pleased!!
:)

I would absolutely reccommend this product. OK, so the main support pole is not the strongest thing in the world, in the sense that I wouldn't like to rest my whole bodyweight on it; but you should use it only for balance, not to lean your bodyweight on (your legs need to take the bulk of your bodyweight in order for the exercise to work effectively) and for the price you can hardly argue. I also noticed some people commenting negatively about the design, but as far as I am concerned it is perfectly shaped to make your legs really work, bringing them diagonally upwards and inwards which is more difficult than some other versions and therefore a better workout. You also shouldn't allow the runners to bang into each end (as I have noticed someone complain about) - using the strength of your legs to control this is part of the workout; if you find this difficult, only practise makes perfect! After under a week of using it 6 times a day in 60-second bursts I can already feel and see a slight improvement in tone. Ideal to do just during ad breaks, while you're waiting for the kettle to boil, whatever you like. The bottom part folds up so it takes up hardly any space, and all in all it is ideal for someone like me who can't get to a gym and doesn't have much time to work out but wants to tone up their lower body a bit. The instructions could be clearer; there are only a few rudimentary diagrams, and there isn't really any thorough explanation - indication of the speed you should be going, for instance - but you will find this comes naturally after a few goes, you'll know what feels right. As I say the design might be less stylish and slightly less robust than other models but for a fraction of the price this is absolutely worth the money.

I first tried the Powerplate and was amazed by that machine. I thought I have to buy one but they are not cheap. So I looked around and found the Medicarn Body slimmer Vibration Massage Plate With support bars & Power Cords. It came in 2 packets (the base & the bars) with no building instruction and no real excercises which means that you will not use the true potential of this machine.
The bar is quite cheap but overall the machine works.
I am saving to afford the real powerplate. Awaiting for this moment I will carry on using this one as it does its job (unfortunately not at 100%)

The straight design of the runners means the footrest often hits the end - this is only partially offset by the elastic linking the two footrests - I find it almost impossible to keep the footrest central, which means one footrest hits the end - very poor. I wish I had paid a bit more & got one with curved runners !

Verified Purchase
Great for toning your inner thighs and bum. Mine arrived and was extremely stiff, to the point where i had to get the hammer and oil out, it works fine now but is noisy, this isn't too much of a problem as if your doing it correctly you will only need to be on it for a minute or 2 at a time. I purchased mine at a super reduced price and this is why i have been able to give it a 4 star review, if i had paid more than thirty for it it would only be a 2/3 star as it is not as well made as i would of expected at a higher price. It sits in the corner of my living room with out being too intrusive and this makes it great for just jumping on, if i were to put it away then i don't think i would be inclined to get it out and exercise. It does fold easily enough but you don't really spend long on it so i would be too much of a faff (for me anyway) to keep moving it about.

I ordered this device to see if it could help with some chronic cramp problem on some of my core muscles.

When I received the item it came in 2 packages:
- The vibrating base (which is also sold separately for £50 less)
- The support bars and power cords.

The support bars have to be mounted onto the base and there are no instructions (a big let-down). You will need your own tools. Also the entire device feels "cheap" once the bars are attached to it. Nevertheless the bars are useful if you want to move around the item and you're on your own (otherwise 2 people are needed to lift the base).

The base itself is robust and does what it says on the paper. It is large enough for you to stand on it with your feet apart. The speed settings and programs work great. It's good value for money I would say.

As far as the efficacy of the product is concerned, I have mixed feelings. It's definitely not a miracle cure but it helps somehow with my chronic cramp problem. Let's say it's another tool in the box to treat my condition. If you intend to buy this device to lose weight or tone your muscles, I am not sure you will get the expected results (vibrations work best on core muscles which are not visible unlike groups of mobilising muscles which are just under the surface of your skin...).

Overall I would recommend buying the base only and save £50.
