Medicarn Body slimmer Vibration Massage Plate With support bars & Power Cords
I have wanted one for a while, Amazon was cheapest I could find. When arrived no instructions but wasnt too hard to put together. There was a few pictured exercises but if you look online you can find more. I have been using it a week and I can feel a difference though it does give a weird burning & itching feeling on skin but its probably fat being shaken! Overall pleased!! :)

I first tried the Powerplate and was amazed by that machine. I thought I have to buy one but they are not cheap. So I looked around and found the Medicarn Body slimmer Vibration Massage Plate With support bars & Power Cords. It came in 2 packets (the base & the bars) with no building instruction and no real excercises which means that you will not use the true potential of this machine.
The bar is quite cheap but overall the machine works. I am saving to afford the real powerplate. Awaiting for this moment I will carry on using this one as it does its job (unfortunately not at 100%)

I ordered this device to see if it could help with some chronic cramp problem on some of my core muscles.
When I received the item it came in 2 packages: - The vibrating base (which is also sold separately for £50 less) - The support bars and power cords. The support bars have to be mounted onto the base and there are no instructions (a big let-down). You will need your own tools. Also the entire device feels "cheap" once the bars are attached to it. Nevertheless the bars are useful if you want to move around the item and you're on your own (otherwise 2 people are needed to lift the base). The base itself is robust and does what it says on the paper. It is large enough for you to stand on it with your feet apart. The speed settings and programs work great. It's good value for money I would say. As far as the efficacy of the product is concerned, I have mixed feelings. It's definitely not a miracle cure but it helps somehow with my chronic cramp problem. Let's say it's another tool in the box to treat my condition. If you intend to buy this device to lose weight or tone your muscles, I am not sure you will get the expected results (vibrations work best on core muscles which are not visible unlike groups of mobilising muscles which are just under the surface of your skin...). Overall I would recommend buying the base only and save £50.
