This is my second purchase from this supplier, the first was for the iPhone 4. With the iPhone protector I said that in my experience it was the best product of its type, and the iPad 2 protector continues that trend. The happy reality is that the iPad 2 is beautiful and only a really top notch protector would 'not' detract from that. This one is crystal clear as it says, so unless you peer really closely it is all but invisible. Beauty and protection all in one - or all in two since there are two in the pack. So, get yourself one BUT be prepared to read the instructions, and to go SLOWLY when applying the protector. There is even a helpful DVD on the company website if you need to visualise the actions first. On both gadgets I managed to achieve clear bubble free applications and it was worth the patience. Oh and you get sweeties! Overall I highly recommend the product from a company which provides great service. Exemplary, 5* all round.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I had read so many good things about this product, and thus feeling confidently informed, I purchased accordingly. After all, like so many, I love my iPad and want to protect it accordingly, so why not spend that little bit more to get a quality product?
Positives first: the product is well packaged, in that you get two protectors, an applicator card (bearing a calendar), plus the sort of cloth familiar to those who wear glasses. I also like the fact that you get an email from the inventor/company CEO thanking you for your purchase, and encouraging you to contact him (I shall be taking him up on his offer). I would certainly concur that there is no loss of touchscreen sensitivity.
And now to the unfortunate bits.
The written instructions are fine, and even somewhat helpful if fanciful, like "apply in a dust-free environment" (I don't have access to a hermetically-sealed lab, although to be fair, they do suggest using a bathroom immediately following a bath or shower, but even this is a bit of a faff). But the diagrams are worse than useless, and even they must be aware of this because the instructions contain a web address for watching a YouTube video, which certainly was an improvement on the diagrams.
I have experience of applying materials like fablon, so I was prepared for smoothing the protector on whilst guarding against air bubbles; after all, if I can manage that on something as big as a wardrobe door, how hard can an iPad be? As it turns out, very, because there is a very crucial difference between backing papers; fablon has a very thin backing, whereas the screen protector's is as thick as the protector itself. This means that it kept springing the edge off, making it very difficult to get started, and once some sort of start had been made, the leading edge of the protector was so far away from the backing that air was constantly getting in. I was alternating smoothing between the card and the cloth, being careful and methodical, yet I never achieved a bubble-free finish.
Whilst the screen certainly remained scratch-free, it seemed to be harder to clean in terms of finger marks. The final straw came when applying a gel case to the iPad, in that it started to lift the protector, thus letting in even more air; already disgruntled with it, this gave me reason enough to fully remove it and take my chances accordingly.
It is a fine concept let down by something as simple as an overly-rigid backing sheet, and unless this was rectified, I would not recommend this product. Read the other reviews, as we can only report on our own experiences.

Hi, I always have used Phonedevil's magic screen protectors for my iphones and now iPad2. They are exceptional quality and fitted exactly onto iphone/ipad - perfect cut on the edges. Hardly any finger print marks on the surface when use. Fingers can glide easily over the glossy and bright screen which makes very appealing to use. I bought another brand of ipad2 screen protector just before Magic Screen Protector for ipad2 came onto the market and paid 20 quid for one and wasn't as good. I found PhoneDevil from an ex-colleague since iPhone3G came out and we both using Magic Screen Protector on iphone4 and ipad2. I appreciate the quality of this product and just here to share with you all. Cheers.
