PureLan 100 was especially developed to prevent or care for sensitive or dry nipples during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It supports the build-up of the natural skin lipids that are removed by frequent breastfeeding. Also suitable for dry skin (for cracked lips or a sore nose). It's hypoallergenic, with an alcohol fraction of 3%, PureLan 100 ensures that the allergy to wool wax alcohol, which is observed very rarely, is reduced to an absolute minimum. The moisturising effect of the wool wax alcohols are still retained, which is a principal reason for the excellent skin care properties of lanolin.

This is the best cream on the market by far!!! My only advice is that you should put it on long before your baby is due as it will save your nipples during those first few hard days when your milk is coming through. I did not do this and paid the price!!! However this cream really repaired my nipples within days. I am now happy breast feeding and will continue whilst using this cream twice a day. Also its kind on my babies tummy as other creams i used gave my newborn colic.
Great latch is vital for correct breastfeeding and wealthy nipples.
However, it should be considered that mothers breastfeed for 8-10 times per day.
