    I express for twins and my parents live 123 miles away, so this was perfect for me to transport my EBM when we visited, knowing it would be kept cool. The icepack is shaped for the bottles, which meant I knew they'd stay upright.
    I guess you could get a coolbag and icepack cheaper that aren't specifically meant for the medela bottles, but I am pleased with my purchase.

    This product is great, my only complaint is that you can only fit the small bottles in, if you want to use the icepack. However you can always take milk in two small bottles and decant into a larger bottle when you get to your destination.
