Advertised as for children aged 4 and upwards. Bought this for my 5-year old grandson who already builds complex Lego models. However, together, we found it difficult to construct this seemingly simple machine. The kit requires a degree of manipulative skill to secure numerous small and ackward nuts and bolts that is not yet developed in a 4-5 year old. Would recommend it for kids aged 6 and above.
