Our baby was having trouble feeding when he was first born, so we decided to get this to help us weigh him between health visitor's visits. The tray is very stable, so ideal for a baby, and as the baby bounces around it continuously measures the weight until it is happy that it has an average weight at which point the display flashes a constant weight. It seems to correspond well with the professional scales that our health visitor carries, and certainly reassured us, and demonstrated the benefit of removing the tongue tie that proved to be the cause of the feeding problem.
The averaging takes quite a long time sometimes, which can be frustrating when the baby is unhappy, hence only 4 stars.
