These amazing Mebby Baby and Child Digital Scales will allow you to weigh your baby accurately every time. They utilise highly sophisticated software technology for stabilising the weight so even when your baby or child is moving and wriggling around, these scales will still take an accurate measurement.
The excellent memory function allows you to check the difference each time, between baby or child's current weight and the previous weight, that is stored in the clever memory. The instruction manual comes in and reads in 6 different languages, mostly European languages. The scales are supplied with a soft white mat for putting onto the tray to keep your baby comfortable and warm on the tray. When your infant is old enough and can stand on their own two feet, you simply remove the tray or pan from the scales easily and they now turn into and become useful, traditional style scales for standing on and measuring weight.
These digital scales have a weight capacity up to 20kg and the units can also be measured in lbs mode to weigh your baby from their first days of life. They are battery operated and these Mebby baby and child scales will automatically turn off when not in use for more than 5 minutes which saves you energy in the battery. The actual scale size is 540mm x 330mm x 140mm and come with a 2 year warranty when accompanied with a receipt of purchase.

I cannot fault this product, it works perfectly. If you cannot afford it I recommend going once a week at the local NHS medical center and get a free weight measurement for your baby, that's the cheapest way to do it.
Or you can buy this device, reasons being:
- works with 4xAA batteries, no need to plug it into anything (you get batteries too in the package)
- looks great, feels great (it's very sturdy and it doesn't feel cheap), baby is happy on it
- if your baby moves a lot the scale is smart enough to calculate an average weight from the readings, which is great
- keeps in memory the last reading
- you get a stand on plate for when your baby is old enough to stand on the scale
- you get a nice towel for your infant, so he/she doesn't get cold while on the scale
- you can measure from a certain point onwards (and skip certain items that you place on the scale before placing the baby)
- has a nice big display, 3 decimal points, and dual kilograms/pounds system.
- it has a very clear instructions manual, nice packaging and the delivery was quick
I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a switch off button, but it switches itself off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

The scales are very good and easy to use. It takes the hassle of having to go to clinics and using different scales that seem to give varying results. They give readings in KG or in Lbs/oz, the only very slight negative is that you have to remember to press the button to commit the reading to memory if you want to see the previous reading next time you use the scales. They have worked perfectly so far, and the towel cover for the top is great and needed - since we all know babies like to wee when naked!

Nice looking scale with a snail-printed towel to lay baby on. It has been a huge help to an initially insecure breastfeeding mum. They quickly proved there was no need to worry and they have been a great confidence builder.
Two issues to be aware of:
1. The scale is good at averaging to achieve the weight of a kicking baby but if he really goes for it, it can't achieve a reading. You have to pick him up, calm him down and then start again.
2. It measures in either decimal places of kilograms, or pounds and decimal places of a pound. 8.5lb is what I would call 8lb 8oz. We wrote a conversion chart. There are lots of conversion programs on the Internet.
