Disappointing title in a useful series of books...,
By A Customer
Internal audit may indeed be a dry subject, but that's no excuse for a ramshackle text with no clear themes or organisation. An overemphasis on e-technologies and on a very confused explanation of ISO 9000 doesn't help. One or two useful paragraphs - that's about it; at least it's a short book...
