Another double compilation from David Guetta inspired by his weekly residency at Pacha in Ibiza. Some great tunes of 2006 - most noticably the first 5 tracks on Disk 1, starting off with the Egg and progressing quite nicely from there.
After track 5 though the production seems to wobble and faid away and doesnt really pick up again until the CD is coming to an end where it is saved with tracks from Stevel Angello (otherwise then and Teasing Mr Charlie).
Disk 2 starts off with very average tracks and production and doesnt really hit the nail on the head again, a few exceptions being Chocolate Puma, He is and La luna by Andy Cato, but it continues along a very cheesy quite boring route.
There are a couple more tracks that are worth a listen (martjin Ten Veldens Bleep being one of them) but its just not as tight as it should be. This a double mix compilation by one of the best house DJ's in the world and you would never know it.
As we all know anyone can slap a few great tracks together but its the production and journey that make you the best, and great CD's, this unfortunately isnt one of them.
Theres 25 tracks on this double mix CD, if it was tighter and compiled better, you could have got this down to one CD quite easily.
