A classic chilli pepper sauce that most will have heard of. The flavour is distinctive; a little harsh and tad salty, it makes an excellent condiment or ingredient. It's by no means the hottest sauce on the market but if you're unused to this sort of thing it's best to go easy to begin with - a few drops "per meal" are quite enough. As you become acclimatised, you can add a little more and enjoy the zing and backtaste that it gives.
My main uses are as an alternative to Worcestershire Sauce in tomato juice (would it work in a Bl00dy Mary, I wonder?) and dashed liberally over home-made pizzas. It also goes well in fajitas, either as an ingredient to the meat marinade or even added as you build the fajita at the table. Try it in Tex Mex dishes or as an ingredient in BBQ marinades or salad dressings.
One bottle will last a while so a 12 pack of them on monthly subscription may be a little excessive :-)
